Welcome

Because of the nature of boarding and unboarding our boat, the confined spaces, and the mobility required to move about the vessel and navigate narrow stairs, we are unable to accomodate guests having significant mobility issues, or who require a wheelchair , walker, or other mobility assisting device. 

Smoking of any kind and alcoholic beverages are not permitted onboard. Bottled water is provided. Guests are free to bring non-alcoholic beverages and snacks on board.

All children under 13 and all non-swimmer guests are required to wear a Personal Flotation Device while on board the vessel and underway. PFD's are provided for all guests who desire to wear one. 

Swimming or jumping off the boat is not allowed.

Prior to leaving the dock, a brief safety and vessel orientation review will be provided to all guests.

Full payment is required prior to departure from the dock. We accept exact cash, check, and credit cards for our services.

Scattering verification documents will be sent to the purchaser or other designee within seven (7) days of the scattering date. 

We reserve the right to reschedule or alter our routine vessel services if  weather, water conditions, mechanical issues, or other factors can compromise our ability to provide our customers the best experience possible. 

Should you desire to have your own personalized and downloaded music playing while you're onboard, we have that capability to accommodate that. Check with us for specifics and device compatibility.

We recommend dressing warmly for the season. Layers are a good idea, even in summer where  a light outer garment can help with windchill. We recommend wearing a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen. People who may be subject to motion sickness should take the appropriate remedies prior to boarding the boat.
