Welcome

Boarding and leaving the boat, the confined spaces, and the necessity to move about a vessel with narrow stairs requires mobility. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate non-ambulatory guests that require a wheelchair, walker, or other mobility assisting device. 

Smoking of any kind and alcoholic beverages  are not permitted onboard and on the dock. Bottled water is provided. Guests are free to bring non-alcoholic beverages and snacks on board for their enjoyment.

All children under 13 and all non-swimmer guests are required to wear a Personal Flotation Device (PFD) while on board the vessel and underway. A PFD can be provided for all guests who desire to wear one. 

Swimming or jumping off the boat or marina dock is not allowed.

Prior to leaving the dock, a brief safety and vessel orientation review will be provided to all guests.

Full payment for our services is required prior to departure from the dock. We accept exact cash amount, pre-approved check, or credit cards.

A  certificate of scattering will be sent to the purchaser or other designee within seven (7) days of the scattering service. 

We reserve the right to reschedule a placement or change a scattering location  if  weather, lake conditions, mechanical issues, or other factors prevent the ability to provide our customers the best and safest experience possible. 

Should you desire to bring your own personalized and downloaded music to play onboard, our audio system can accommodate that. Check with us for specifics and device compatibility.

We recommend dressing  for the season. Layers are a good idea, even in summer where  a light outer garment can help with windchill while underway. We recommend wearing a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen. People who may be subject to motion sickness should take the appropriate remedies prior to boarding the boat.
